CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing me to do your hair! I truly appreciate your support. Booking & Deposit Policy A $50 deposit is required to book all services. The deposit goes toward your total appointment cost. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, your appointment time will be released. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. • A new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-Shows No-shows will be charged 50% of the total booked services. For hourly services, the fee will be based on the number of hours reserved. Late Policy • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Payment Any remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future services. Service Satisfaction If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment for an adjustment.
